About 30-45 minutes for most homes. We fly a drone for the overview, then walk the roof and check the attic if you let us. The photo report arrives the same day.
It helps for the attic check and so we can walk you through what we found, but it isn’t required for the roof itself. We’ll text when we arrive and when the report is ready.
If the roof is under about 15 years old and the damage is in one spot, a repair usually makes sense. If it is 15+ years old, leaking in several places, or hail damaged the whole surface, a replacement is usually the better value. We’ll tell you which, and why.
